Kandari Alfaham

Alfaham is a traditional Arabic grilled chicken dish where a whole chicken, typically weighing between 900 to 1100 grams, is marinated in a generous blend of Middle Eastern spices (bezar), yogurt, lemon juice, ginger, and garlic to tenderize the meat.
